In 2005, in the Northern Region of Santo Domingo, MOSCTHA proudly opened Centro de Salud Integreal:  La Solidaridad, The Health Center of Solidarity.  Since it's inception, we have provided health services at free of low cost to those most in need.  The Health Center of Solidarity offers a full range of services to those for whom such services would otherwise be unobtainable.  Services we offer:  Clinical Laboratory, Dental Care, Pharmacy, Pediatrics, Gynecology-Obstetrics, Cardiology, Urology, Dermatology, Nutrition and Psychology / Counseling.

In 2012, MOSCTHA will open another health clinic in Haiti. Named after the first clinic, the Centre de Sante Integral: La Solidarité will be located in Petit-Goave, a town close to the epicenter of the earthquake that hit Haiti in 2010. This new health clinic will be the sister clinic to the one MOSCTHA runs in Santo Domingo and provide the same comprehensive services. It will serve approximately 13,500 inhabitants as the local public hospital "Notre-Dame de Petit-Goave" is currently out of service due to the significant damage caused by the earthquake.
