Zone of Intervention
MOSCTHA works closely to almost fifty “Bateyes” - sugar refineries - in the country along with the marginalized districts in Santo Domingo and surrounding areas. We are also present in communities along the Haitian-Dominican Republic border in provinces such as Pedernales and Elias Piña in the Dominican Republic as well as Anse-a-pitres and Tilori in Haiti.
